So I took myself off to one of the houses of retail worship in search of a cure for a lousy day, and fell prey to one of my new obsessions.
Fleur De Sel Caramel Ice Cream
I know, at first glance salted caramel ice cream may seem like an iffy choice, but once you try it...there is no going back. I would even go so far as to say that this ice cream could- quite possibly- have magical powers. Scoff if you must, but I believe!

I saw that Bake or Break had a recipe for salted caramel cheesecake too. very tempting!
